I can see it now. You've spent hours in Barnes and Noble. Your small table is a leaning tower of books and magazines. The woman next to you is eating a cranberry scone, a little boy is tossing packets of Splenda at you, and all you can think about is tossing the paperback you're reading into the garbage.
Why? Because you can write better than Mr. Published-So-and-So.
This is where Storyteller|Creations comes in with some motivation. If you have a better story to tell, tell it. Trade in your 1:00 am high-def HBO addiction for a laptop. Or if you believe in tradition, pencil and paper.
Now is the time to tell your story.
Write about the 5:00 am fistfight you almost got into on Black Thursday, when some red-faced man at Best Buy tried to rip the final season collection of Angel from your cashmere mitten covered hands.
Or
Tell us about the Sunday morning you spent hiking up Mt. Rubidoux. And how you wished Starbucks had a cafe at the summit.
Whatever memory, moment, or mistake you have beating in your brain, put it on paper. Memorialize it, be proud of it, and know that words last longer than pictures, and legacies are passed down on paper.
